Special Orders and Pre-OrdersSpecial and pre-ordered merchandise will be shipped to you as soon as they are available. Please note that we offer ship date estimates for pre-ordered merchandise of 2-4 weeks. We do our best to keep ship dates accurate, but please be aware that we have little control over the expected dates, and we may experience delays. Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation of order and then a shipping notification with tracking once your order has been shipped. Shipping does not reflect holiday delivery schedule.
If your order contains a mix of in-stock items and special or pre-ordered items, please order them separately.
In-StockDana-Maxx.com ships Monday to Friday excluding holidays. Your order will be processed and shipped within 24 hours of your payment posting. Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation of order and then a shipping notification with tracking once your order has been shipped. USAWe ship UPS Ground within the United States. 2-Day and Next Day is NOT required for the following states: New Jersey, New York, Eastern Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Vermont, and Rhode Island. Dana-Maxx.com is not responsible for any foreign customs or duties that may be applied after shipment. Please check with your local customs agent before ordering from Dana-Maxx.com. If you decide to refuse any shipments from Dana-Maxx.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), the cost of returning the package, plus a restocking fee of 15%. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
