New York, NY, December 9th, 2009- The Dana-Maxx Holiday Trunk Show & Charity Event took place on Wednesday evening, December 9th from 6pm-9pm at Chacala NY, and was a success for both Dana-Maxx and the charity, the Women's Funding Network.
The event was hosted by Non-Society's Meghan Asha and Jordan Reid, while Chris Bachmann of radio station 103.5 KTU spun hit tunes all evening. As champagne and Fragoli cocktails were passed around, models swayed through the crowd displaying Dana-Maxx's Holiday 2009 collection, allowing guests to see the pieces that were available for purchase. Reputable stylists assisted guests with their wish lists and orders. Each guest that made a purchase received a complimentary gift bag, valued at $150.00.
Dana-Maxx was pleased with the sales throughout the evening especially since a percentage of all sales are being donated to the Women's Funding Network.
A special thanks to those who contributed items for the gift bags and styled our models that evening! Gift bags were filled with products by OPI, OK! Magazine, Neiman Marcus Short Hills, Sculptz, Clipa, Shanna Allyn, Enhance Your Style, My Fashion Plate, Bella Dawn, Sonnet Simmons, Sasquatch Books, Completely Bare Spa, New York Pudding, WT Media, Fragoli liquor and the Women’s Fuding Network. The models were fabulously styled by Dollhouse, Irregular Choice, Madeline, Poetic Licence, Rubberneck Media LLC, Michelle Bell hair salon and Makeup by Fedora.
We would all like to thank everyone who attended the event, supported the charity and celebrated Dana-Maxx's line!
